What services does the 012 Telephone Service provide?

• You can ask for Land Registry, Municipal Inhabitants Registry (Padrón), residence, cohabitation, etc. certificates. You can also request duplicates of Traffic, Business Activity (IAE), Property tax, etc. receipts.
• You can sign up for courses and book tickets for events organised by the Council.
  It also provides municipal information about your locality and all the localities belonging to the 012 service regarding services, cultural and sports agenda, procedural formalities, ordinances, taxes, courses and grants available, job offers, public tenders, etc.
• It provides non-municipal information regarding dealings with basic utility providers (telephone, gas, electricity and water), the Government of Navarra, health, education, transport and leisure services and centres, associations, etc.
  The 012 line can also be used to make complaints or suggestions about services and inform about matters related to your municipality.

How do I get in touch with the 012 Telephone Service?

• In Navarra, by dialling three numbers: 0. 1 and 2. When calling from outside Navarra, by calling 948 21 70 12.
• From 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm, Saturdays.
• From 8 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, during the months of July and August.
• Calls cost € 0.36 and depending on operator.

The Municipal Citizens' Telephone Assistance Service forms part of the INFO-LOCAL Project, run in collaboration between the Department of Local Administration - Quality and Modernisation Service and ANIMSA.

The aim of the Project is to facilitate the relationship between citizens and their Local councils, using the technological and communications systems available:

• Via the 012 line.
• Via communications systems, Web sites, e-mail, Info kiosks, Teletext, etc.
• In person, at Local Council Citizen Service Offices (OAC).
