Located in the district of Bortziriak or Cinco Villas, the municipal area of Lesaka covers a surface area of 54.7 Km2.
To the north lies the Bay of Biscay and the mouth of the River Bidasoa in Hondarribia.
To the west are the extensive woods alongside Mounts Domiko and Pagolleta, and behind these is the protected mountain of Artikutza.
To the southeast are the villages of Arantza and Igantzi, with the Natural Reserve of San Juan de Xar, a remote spot of legend and myth.
To the south, several hills and tracks lined with conifers and ferns lead to Sumbilla.
To the southwest, although not visible from Lesaka, is Navarra's first Natural Park, Señorío de Bertiz.
To the east, Etxalar huddles around its church. The summits which can be seen in this direction are still witness to the passage of pigeons, which continue to be caught using the traditional method, with nets.
To the northeast, Bera, and beyond that, the road to France.
Lesaka possesses 5,486 Hectares, of which 4,711 are common land.
